What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation. 

You will then be notified as your order is processed, dispatched and is out for delivery! 

Here is a breakdown of our delivery statuses:

• Processing – Your order is getting picked and packed in our warehouse
• Dispatched – Your order has left our warehouse
• Out for delivery – Your order is with a courier on its way to you
• Delivered – Your order has arrived, this could include being in a safe place or with a neighbour.
