We process your refund as soon as returned products are received at the return address. You will then receive an email notification to inform you that your refund is being processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for the amount to be reflected in your bank accounts. 

Depending on your bank, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may take longer. Check with your bank. If the refund is not reflected after 2 weeks, please email us at hello@purehealthvitamins.com
