How do I place a return?

If you would like to place a return, please go to your customer dashboard and select the item(s) you wish to refund.  

This will generate a return slip to attach to your order. 

Send to return address. 

Once the item has been received and the reason for return approved, we will notify you by email and process your refund. The refunded amount may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank it may take longer.
