Start using Turkey Tail mixing ¼ - ½ tsp daily into hot water or plant based milk for an instant tonic tea. This works well in hot or cold drinks, broths and meals.
Serving size may be increased to up to 2 Tbs per day; recommended daily serve is approx. 1 tsp (depends on constitution and intention).
