Description

Sleep Complex contains Bio-156, a premium valerian extract standardised to valerenic acid and volatile oil, which enhances sleep quality and reduces the time to fall asleep. Valerian is also traditionally used in western herbal medicine to decrease nervous tension and restlessness and promote a refreshing sleep. Zizyphus is used in traditional Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep. It is also used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve spontaneous sweating.

Each tablet contains:

Herbal extracts dry concentrate:
Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus) seed	450 mg
equiv. to dry	4.5 g
Prunus cerasus (sour cherry) fruit	24 mg
equiv. to fresh	600 mg
Herbal extracts dry concentrate standardised:
Valeriana officinalis (Bio-156) root	375 mg
min. equiv. to dry	1.5 g
equiv. to valerenic acid	1.13 mg
equiv. to volatile oil	1.13 mg
Essential oil:
Lavender oil	2 mg
equiv. to camphor	40 micrograms

Dosage

Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 - 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.
